Sparkling Rose Iced Matcha

A fancy, refreshing summer drink for matcha lovers!

Did you know dried rose petals have a ton of health benefits? They're full of vitamins (C, A, E, iron & calcium) and antioxidants! They also have anti-inflammatory properties and can relieve menstrual cramps. I honestly had no idea until I did the research! (Thank you, Webmd)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I had always been hesitant to try rose petals in food/drinks because I was afraid it would be like eating soap but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overly floral-y. Plus, the matcha and sparkling water balances it all out - give it a try for yourself, if anything, you'll end up with a refreshing, pretty (and semi-healthy) drink!
